We hire PPCAvdentureMedia to provide us with training on Google Ads every week. The goal was to optimize our campaigns and help us drive ROAS X2+.

We had two weekly calls to review the performance of the Google ads campaigns. We applied the best practices recommended by AMG to achieve better results. Our niche is challenging and complicated, and the AMG team demonstrated high resilience and dedication to this project. We overcame many challenges and delivered the desired results continuously.

Finally, Nechama has been the best Google Ads Trainer our company has ever worked with. There was never a case Nechama didn't find a solution to the many challenges we faced with our google ads accounts.

As a paid media agency, AdVenture Media Group's scope of work included managing the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and other channels.

This included tasks such as conducting market research to identify target audiences and suitable platforms, creating ad copy and design assets, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, and making ongoing adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.

AdVenture Media Group also provided strategic guidance and consultation to help our company achieve its marketing goals through paid media.

I worked closely with Andrew and Erica and have nothing but great things to share about them.

As of this year-to-date, they have been able to achieve a 220% Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), far exceeding our initial goals and projections.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We established a regular schedule of bi-weekly check-in calls. These calls provide an opportunity for us to stay up-to-date on the progress of our paid media campaigns and to discuss any potential opportunities or optimizations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

One aspect of AdVenture Media Group's work we appreciate is their proactiveness in coming up with campaign ideas and exploring new paid channels for our business.

We wanted to improve our paid media, mainly advertising and marketing on Google.

AdVenture Media provided us with PPC services. They mostly helped us with Google Ads. The team also helped us with social media marketing (SMM) for a bit as part of an experiment.

We regularly worked with two teammates from AdVenture Media. However, there were upwards of 12 folks working on our account.

We found them through a referral.

We spent between $150,000–$180,000.

We worked with them from January 2021–September 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

AdVenture Media was really good at finding insights within the data. As a result, they brought interesting and fresh perspectives to our business. 

How did AdVenture Media Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They met deadlines and stayed on budget. We primarily used Slack as a tool, and they used monday.com internally. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their biggest strength was their ability to be very analytical and go that extra step to dive deeper into the data.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If anything, they could have done a better job of implementing the data they found in a more sophisticated manner. While their data gathering and analysis were impressive, it felt like they stopped at the analysis when there was an opportunity to implement what they learned. However, I was generally very happy with their work. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise keeping AdVenture Media up to date and utilizing a tool like Slack so you can integrate them into your team. Additionally, be transparent and honest about your goals to streamline communication.

I am the CMO of a fitness product brand and we've worked with AMG for nearly a year now. I've worked with many agencies similar to AMG over the last decade and they were one of the best agencies I've worked with so far.

We selected AMG based on their client portfolio, proposal, pricing and strategy around their plans for our brand.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I did not join the team until around 6 months after they had already been working for our company, but the brand was not performing as well as we wanted and the AMG team did an amazing job improving our ad performance across the board. They were very strategic and intelligent, and incredibly easy to work with. My team truly enjoyed working with Erica, Brendan and the rest of their team.

We had a team of 3 or 4 working with us from AMG.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

AMG was able to help us improve nearly all of the main KPI's we prioritized including MER and increasing ROAS from around 1.5x to 3-4x.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our teams was very effective, meeting every week to discuss performance, strategy, planning and next steps. As well as a monthly reporting meeting they were willing to have with us and several other vendors of ours together.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our main point of contact, Brendan, was one of the most analytical and intelligence performance marketing experts I have ever worked with in my 10+ years in marketing. Erica, the lead of their team, was also incredibly intelligent, communicative, transparent, and very easy to strategize with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If there's one thing I could've ask for, it would've been to have more of our two main points of contact on their team working for us to help grow our paid media operations to be more robust and sophisticated. Either way, they did an incredibly job accomplishing more than we could've asked for already.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AdVenture Media Group started by analyzing the account we had before creating an in-depth report of their findings, specifically identifying areas for improvement. After that, they put together an actionable list of how they were going to tackle the areas for improvement as well as their corresponding budgets.

As part of that, they examined different aspects of our social media and video marketing activities. For the video marketing aspect, we use YouTube because it's also owned by Google Ads. We use it as part of the integration of uploading short videos and the team helps us decide how to use it. The team continues to manage our SEO, social media marketing, and Google Ads efforts.

We communicate through emails and weekly video conferences. We have no issues with their process, and they use their own sophisticated reporting tool on the backend. Overall, they’re doing great.
