For what projects/services did your company hire Brighter Click?

We needed a social media marketing company to manage our paid ads on Facebook and Instagram. We needed someone who could lower our acquisition costs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I learned about Brighter Click through a referral. Their clearly defined process and thought behind the ad management seemed far superior to other marketing agencies.

Brighter Click initiated the conversation by learning more about our history with paid media. They requested to run a complimentary audit on the account to help understand where the opportunities in the account were. We scheduled a follow-up call, during which Brighter Click educated me on the wins and losses in the account. Brighter Click sent an onboarding document for our team to fill out. After completing this document, we scheduled a project kickoff call on Zoom. Brighter Click guided me through the document to ensure they had all the necessary information and shared the project's next steps before the call ended. From there, Brighter Click began planning the account strategy. They set up their initial testing campaigns to validate audiences and creatives and shared the setup with me for pre-approval.

Brighter Click is always prompt with their response time and implementation of revisions or changes when they are needed. They provide amazing communication both on calls and through email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had an admirable level of detail they put in their strategy, planning, and communication. Anyone could tell they weren't a cookie-cutter agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had to work on setting up custom API tracking on my website. The website is 100% custom built. Brighter Click did not have the internal resources to assist with this tracking install. Their tracking installs are limited to sites like Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.

To begin with, Brighter Click helped us identify the best audiences to target on Instagram and Facebook. They then created an ads strategy, assisted with design, copy. The ongoing research and curiosity with the brand led to great results. Brighter Click also did a great job of reporting e.g tracking ad spend and returns and engagement.

We were able to triple our revenue from month to month with the help of Brighter Click. Thanks to this increase in revenue we were able to begin scaling our product out of Australia and into the United States.

We met fortnightly to go over our targets, creative, and review our ad performance. During these meetings, their team would let us know what ads were performing best and provide suggestions that would improve the account.

We are impressed by Brighter Click's values and commitment to their clients. They've helped to educate our whole communications team about paid media campaigns and what goes on behind the scenes. We found them through Upwork, where they had a ton of great reviews and feedback on completed jobs. The biggest deciding factor was definitely once we jumped on a call. Colby was extremely knowledgable and had in-depth and nuanced in all his answers. He is clearly extremely experienced and knowledgable about Facebook specifically, as well as marketing in general.

We had a screening call, and discussed our current state of the account as well asking a few scenario questions to gauge their knowledge. We then hired Colby to perform an audit, and his audit was by far the most in-depth we have seen so far.

His advice was very actionable and focused, I have no doubt applying it will drive results. Many pieces of advice where theories we had internally that he helped confirm, but we also learned a few new things.
