We hired Digital Ant for our new product FlashSport, which aggregate sport news in real time in four countries.

We launched big campaings in TV and Digital Ant prepared digital campaigns for getting performance and support brand awerness. Through the years we made numbers of brand awerness campaing and we started together with ongoing performance campaing. We use Google Ads, Meta Ads and RTB everything we measure thanks Google Analytics and Digital Ant prepared for us realtime dashboard in Goodle Data Studio

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Ant?

We’re growing and launching our products all over the world. As part of our growth efforts, we wanted to introduce our business to the Czech market, so we were looking for a team who would be able to communicate our products and novelties to the Czech market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Ant helps us with our brand awareness in the Czech market. They’re responsible for running our communication according to our strategy, and they help us with market research. Additionally, they handle our relationships with influencers and create PPC campaigns to improve our reach.

Initially, they analyzed our accounts, explained the issues they found, and recommended creating new accounts, even if we lost some followers — they knew this would be the best solution for us.

Now, Digital Ant proposes content for Facebook and Instagram every month, and they constantly come up with new solutions. They also propose ideas on how to engage our consumers and followers better. After every campaign, we get feedback on what would be best for us to do.

Digital Ant has increased our brand awareness, ultimately increasing our user engagement. Our new accounts have worked really well. Additionally, we really love the content they prepare, and we’re very happy with their work.

Digital Ant is always on time, and they answer very quickly. I’m in close contact with them, and I’ve never had to wait for answers. Overall, they’re a solid team. We communicate via email and video calls, and they use a platform to organize posting calendar.

Digital Ant is very reliable and treats us like a partner; I love their service. Although the work they do for us is very basic, they’re very serious about it. They’re engaged in our internal activities, and their work is always on time. They’re my favorite agency to work with.

I’m the CEO of Typhoon Roasters, a company that manufactures and sells coffee roasters and equipment. I oversee all business operations.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Ant?

We were looking for a new partner to help us with market research and marketing activities because we weren’t satisfied with our solution at the time.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Ant handles all our performance campaigns on Google and our brand-building campaigns. Initially, we shared all information from previous marketing partners, including the settings on our Google account. We also shared our expectations from this partnership and our market goals. Currently, we have several active campaigns across the Europe region to promote our products and services, and they oversee them. The team is responsible for all incoming leads to our company.

Additionally, Digital Ant has done several SEO audits of our websites and campaign optimizations. They’ve done keyword optimization and changes to the web strategy. We’ve worked with them on several banners for Google Display Network campaigns for both our coffee roasters division and our retail coffee sales division.

I’m mainly in contact with the CEO; we share all information and requests with him, and he assigns the tasks within his company.

How did you come to work with Digital Ant?

We found them on Google, looking for the top ten agencies in Prague. An ad or review for Digital Ant popped up, so I contacted them.

Our current monthly budget is between $6,000–$7,000, including marketing credits and fees. The budget has grown as the engagement has progressed. In total, we’ve spent around $100,000 with Digital Ant.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve almost quadrupled our sales since we started working with Digital Ant. Every year, we’ve doubled the previous year’s sales due to incoming leads the team brings. I believe there’s a good share of their success in what we do now as a company. We’re expanding our operations with Digital Ant because I’m truly satisfied with their service.

How did Digital Ant perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been good at project management. Every time I contact them, they’re very structured. They always stick to their deadlines, and I’ve never had a misunderstanding or conflict situation with them whatsoever. I’m quite surprised to have found such good customer service.

Although I’m unaware of the tools they use internally, we use Google Cloud Platform for project management. As for communication, we normally use email. Once in a while, we have in-person meetings where we share results for the previous month, goals for the next one, adjustments to the campaigns, or major changes to our overall business operations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really appreciate Digital Ant’s fast and honest communication. For example, I write them an email in the morning, and they answer within a day, maximum. They always have a clear understanding of the issue and provide the response I’m looking for. There is never vague communication with the team. Instead, Digital Ant is open and truthful, which stands out the most.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing they need to improve comes to mind at this point in our partnership. Every time we’ve needed anything from them, they’ve been able to provide it, so we’re all good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would just recommend you give Digital Ant a shot! We’ve worked with four different marketing agencies, and I’ve been most satisfied with Digital Ant.

I’m a marketing consultant for Emco. Emco is a food producer that makes granola and breakfast foods. This is one of the biggest industries in the Czech Republic, and I’m in charge of e-commerce development and campaigns.

We don’t have an in-house PPC specialist; our team is small, and we don’t have the scale and capacity to do PPC campaigns, so we wanted someone who specialized. I brought in Digital Ant to help with the campaigns.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Ant helps us with campaigns in Google Ads, another PPC platform, and Criteo, our TV platform. They also sometimes help us with campaigns to improve performance on Facebook. For some campaigns, they help with the copy and the creative aspects, mainly if it’s a stand-alone campaign that is only online. 

Initially, we collaborated to develop the campaigns’ strategy. They did an entrance analysis, then set up the accounts and the first campaigns. They tried out ideas to see what worked best. In the last year, the team has settled on the most effective campaigns, and they continue to manage them.

What is the team composition?

I work with three people From Digital Ant; I’m primarily in touch with Bara (PPC Specialist), who acts as project manager, a PPC specialist who manages the campaigns, and Lukas (Founding Partner), with whom we do the budget negotiations.

How did you come to work with Digital Ant?

We met Lukas a long time ago before we started our company and did campaigns together when Digital Ant was still small. We’d worked on projects with them for other clients in my current company, so I recommended them to this client.

We’re spending 15,000–20,000 Czech koruna (approximately $700–$900 USD) monthly on fees.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Digital Ant arrived at very stable campaigns that are optimized and working pretty effectively; the team’s testing led us to the best versions of the campaigns.

How did Digital Ant perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good at project management; Bara sends me reports, and I’m unaware of what’s happening behind the scenes, which shows their project management is working. 

As for communication, we mainly use email. We also have status calls; we used to do them weekly, and now they’re biweekly. We initially tried Asana because I was using it for other aspects like development. However, the status calls work better.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Although it was a long process to get us here, we’re very happy with the campaigns — Digital Ant’s work is effective. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

In the beginning, the project management process wasn’t ideal. However, we figured it out through many talks with Lukas. One year ago, I would have said that communication could be better; now, it’s working fine. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Testing things out is very important with Digital Ant or any other provider. For this project, the tests we did on the campaigns were pretty crucial.

We needed help with digital marketing and video production. We used to work with a US-based agency, but we wanted to work with a different company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Ant provides us with social media marketing services. They’re in charge of our posting, growth advertisement, post promotions, and digital marketing. We also use them for photoshoots, video production, and content creation. They mainly produce videos for social media, which are 30–60 seconds in length.

Additionally, they propose the strategy and content of the videos. We review it, give our recommendations, and then they shoot them. We have a US agency for community management, but Digital Ant creates the content for Facebook and Instagram. We’re currently setting up our LinkedIn account and plan to look into Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

What is the team composition?

We work with the owner, who is the supervisor/strategist. We also work with a project manager, a content creator, a copywriter, and two other people.

Our company owner was in Europe for one and a half years, so we looked for an agency in the Czech Republic. We did a Google search and looked at review sites for possible companies to work with.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In general, we’re satisfied with their work. We’re growing on Instagram and Facebook. In the beginning, we staggered a bit because we’d previously used agencies that didn’t have the best strategy moving forward. Digital Ant had to compensate for followers that were deleted because they were fake. However, we keep adding followers and fulfilling our goals.

When we started, we had around 50,000 followers on Facebook. Now, we have over 80,000, and the numbers keep rising on Instagram as well. Moreover, the posts’ success is a learning curve right now. We’re trying new things and learning from what is working.

How did Digital Ant perform from a project management standpoint?

We implemented project management later on in the process. In the beginning, the strategist was in charge of coordinating the team. However, we realized that we needed someone to manage different team members. We added a project manager, and working with her has been great.

We’ve set up goals and clear deadlines. Also, we use Google Drive to share documents and videos and communicate through Slack, email, and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re strong in coming up with modern designs and content. Moreover, they excel at planning and making a strategy to follow up with a plan.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We struggled with setting up clear goals in the past, but that went both ways. We weren’t very sure what we wanted and were lacking in guidance. They weren’t driving the project, so they could’ve led us more in their recommendations instead of listening to us. Sometimes what we want isn’t necessarily the best. Other than that, we’re very satisfied.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have clear goals and expectations. It’s important that they get to know your market and you provide as much data as possible so they can work and create a strategy around it.
